Top 5 Concerns About Remanufactured Cartridges
Last Updated: 07/30/2011

1. Will the cartridge leak?

No one in this business can guarantee a cartridge would never leak. However, we can say we inspect and replace parts that are prone to cause leaks.

2. Will a remanufactured cartridge void my printer warranty?

The Sherman Clayton Act was passed to prevent monopolies in the open market. The "void warranty" threat is an unfortunate ploy by manufacturers to protect their market. You are asked to return your empty cartridges to the manufacturer and in turn still pay full price for the same task we perform for less.

3. What about the print quality?

We use the quality of the original manufacturer as our benchmark. Our systems are designed to meet or exceed the original quality.

4. Will the remanufactured cartridge damage my printer?

In all the years we have remanufactured printer cartridges never have we experienced a single case where a remanufactured cartridge caused printer damage.

5. Will the remanufactured cartridge function like the original?

The key to our remanufactured cartridge functioning like the original is quality raw materials, excellent workmanship and quality control, which have been the hallmark of our company for nearly two decades. Some inkjet cartridges are now made with artificial intelligence that cannot be reset to show ink levels, but once remanufactured, these inkjets will print until they are empty.
